Returns and refunds

Physical Products (Decks, Prints, Art, etc.)

Returns are accepted on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:


Item must be in original condition
Item must be unused and undamaged
Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Readings & Energy Work (Tarot, Oracle, Reiki)

All services are non-refundable once completed.

If you need to reschedule:

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice

Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling

By booking a session, you are reserving dedicated time and energy.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already been processed or shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened oracle/tarot decks
Custom or made-to-order items
Digital downloads
Completed services
