I very much understand that life has its twists and turns, and things end up not working out the way we planned. I am a tarot reader after all! However, much like any other professional who provides services, it is very important that you keep and are on time for your appointments. I work on an appointment basis only, I respect the time you requested, therefore I am if I have a strictly adhered to appointment policy, so there are no misunderstandings. This policy can and may be updated at any time.
If there is any reason (illness or personal) that I am unable to do your reading: I will contact you immediately and give the option of a reschedule (the earliest possible) or a full refund.
Reschedules: Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. I will be more than happy to do so. Your appointment will be rescheduled to a time that is as convenient as possible to you.
Payment: ALL appointments are required to be paid in full no appointments will be made without prepayment. IF you want to tip me after the reading that can be done as well! Tips are very appreciated. I can send you an invoice easily!
Appointment times: Being punctual is crucial! Since time is crucial when scheduling a reading. Whether it is in person or skype it is very important to be on time, or at least a few minutes early to your reading. If you are running behind please contact me via phone or email asap to let me know. I may have to reschedule you depending on the time. Please be advised that your reading starts right at the time you schedule, if you show up exactly at your time, you that takes time out of the actual reading itself. If you do not show up on time to you skype reading, that also cuts into actual reading time. Please be prompt. Please read the appointment policies below for more detailed information about time.
Cancellations and No call/no show: All cancellations changes must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. If you cancel less than 24 hours this will result in a 50% refund of the reserved service amount. If you fail to show up for your session, you’ll be considered a “No Show” and will be charged for 100% of the cost of your service. There are no exceptions.
Appointment Policy for Phone and Skype Services:
It is very important you have supplied me with a working phone number and or skype name.
I will call/ping you on skype at exactly your appointment time, and if this service is available, I will leave a voicemail. I will only call once and leave one voice mail. If on skype I will only call/video call once and leave one chat message. As a reminder, I will also send an e-mail of your pending missed appointment. I wait then 15 minutes for you to return my call/return my skype call/video chat.
If I have not heard back from you within the 15 minutes, I will consider the scheduled phone appointment a missed appointment. Your appointment time is then considered “missed”.
There are no refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions. Please review cancellation no/call no show policy above.
Please note: I use my cell phone with google voice to make calls to clients, this is to have records that the call was made with time stamps for validation.
Appointment Policy for In-Person Services:
Please note that it is important to pay attention to travel times and possible traffic issues. Please review my appointment times policy above.
I will wait 15 minutes for your arrival. If during that time, I have not heard from you, I will consider the scheduled appointment a missed appointment.There are no refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions. If you do show up late without notification, regardless of your arrival time you will be charged and responsible for the full session fee. There are no exceptions. You will be required to reschedule and pay in full for another reading.
Appointment Policy typed e-mail/recorded video readings:
Please be sure that your email information is correct. I will send 3 email attempts if the email provided is not correct you will not get your reading! Video readings are uploaded to YouTube currently with an unlisted link that only YOU and whomever you choose to see the reading can see.
Policies and Etiquette
Phone/skype Instagram DM or FB messenger etiquette: As of April 2017, I will not be responding to general chit-chat on Skype, Instagram DM or Facebook messengers. All general and business inquiries MUST be sent to my email address firstname.lastname@example.org. For phone etiquette, I do not use my personal phone number to make calls, I use sideline with a separate number, for privacy purposes. I do not answer calls or reply to text messages if there is no scheduled reading or you are not scheduled for a reading at that time. Abuse of this etiquette policy will result in my blocking and banning you from any future or further contact and readings. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Same day appointments/emergency readings:
If I am in my studio and there is a walk in, there is a good chance I can do a same day reading, unless I have other appointments on the books. For all online scheduling readings, I require 24 hours in advance for readings. If you feel you NEED a reading that same day, please email me at email@example.com I will get back to you as soon as possible. Same day readings/emergency readings are on a case by case basis.
****Please be aware that I have a personal life and family, I also work with many clients, be it readings, consultations, tattoos and counseling on top of running and owning a successful tattoo studio. I am only one person and enjoy every moment of what I do. If I do not reply immediately please refrain from calling my phone, emailing or messaging me multiple times. I will get back to you within 24/48 hours. If not sooner. My clients are very important to me, however so is my personal privacy. Thank you for your understanding.
